A warm welcome to the St.Illtyd’s Primary School website.

As Acting Headteacher, I am immensely proud of our school and the vibrant learning environment we have created. We are dedicated to providing and nurturing and inspiring education, fostering a lifelong love of learning in every child.

Safeguarding

All staff who work in our school have had child protection training that equips them to recognise and respond to child welfare concerns. These concerns are passed to the Designated Safeguarding Person, who then follows strict guidelines on how to deal with issues raised.

A ‘My Concern’ referral may then need to be made.

Any safeguarding concerns should be addressed immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Person (DSP):
