Parent Numeracy Workshop

Parent Numeracy Workshop

On Friday, 13th March, we held an engaging Parent Numeracy Workshop for pupils in Years 2 and 3 and their parents. This workshop was designed to demonstrate how everyday maths can be integrated into daily life, aligning with the National Numeracy initiative's goal of enhancing mathematical understanding and confidence among families.

Workshop Highlights

During the session, parents learned practical strategies to incorporate maths into everyday activities, such as cooking, shopping, and even playing games. Our facilitators provided valuable insights and resources that parents can use to support their children's learning at home.

Community Engagement

We were thrilled to see such a fantastic turnout, with many parents actively participating and sharing their thoughts. It was heartening to witness the strong sense of community and commitment to enhancing our children's numeracy skills.

Thank You!

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who attended the workshop. Your enthusiasm and involvement are crucial in fostering a positive learning environment for our children. We look forward to seeing you at future events as we continue to work together to support our students' educational journeys!
